I am staying near centralized rubbish collection centre that is at the multi storey car park adjacent to my block. Every morning, at about 6am the workers will start using the machinery in the bin centre creating loud “bang – bang” noise. Sometime, they can start as early as 5am!! I am a light sleeper and don’t sleep with A/cond, thus my window is opened and hear all these noise pollution. This has seriously disturb my rest. I wonder if this is normal, as in noise at such early hours? Feedback to TC is useless. Can anyone share with me, please?

If you are concern with whether the seller or any other person concerned have changed their NRIC address, you may consider sending an email to ICA to enquire. You need to provide some informations like the house address, your full name & NRIC and any other authorised members' full name & NRIC which have the hse address on thier NRIC. It is an offence not to update the change of address. I checked with ICA when I keep receiving legal letter addressed to my seller. ICA will reply on whether any "unauthorised person" have your address as their registered address but they will not reveal the seller new address. But be ready to wait awhile for the reply. Well, for me, other than the brand I would ask Made in which country. I have very bad experience with a Made In Ch*** fan which "exploded" right in front of me.

I understand that if we service our loan (be it bank loan or HDB loan - pls correct me if i am wrong) using CPF, we need to buy a Mortgage Protection Plan, either from CPF or outside insurance companies. Can anyone share under what circumstances would CPF reject HPS application? Also, can anyone share with me usually, how long do CPF need to "approve" HPS application? Thank you.
