    Some overdue updates. Metal Gate (Reason for the design is due to FengShui) A number plate will be made by ID side and install on the circle. Door was repainted Bottom windows were changed from aluminium panels to frosted panels. This will allow light to come in and yet having privacy so as to prevent people from looking in when walk pass.

    I think its the same brand of flooring as me. The silver thing is a foam type material which it is place below the Vinyl to prevent unevenness if I remember correctly.

    Mine is light brown and its totally a different feel when you open the cabinet when compare to white. I use a agent (YunFei - Based in China) which friend introduce, my shipping cost around $180.     To my knowledge that usually PE certified, HDB will agree to it You can also request through HDB i think but may take longer time.

    Prefab walls to my knowledge are not allowed to hack. You will need PE to certified before you proceed if I am not wrong.

    Thats a lot a of DIY. You will get a great sense of satisfaction after the work is done However pls be sure and double check when you fix some of the stuff which cannot be reversible. Good luck

    KDK is a trusted brand and you can get them from Malaysia. Alternatively you can get your fan from a supplier in RT forum name Bro (If I am not wrong), he will go over your house and review and recommend a model. He got quite good reviews Sorry, not well versed in this category but few of my friends all get Bosch.

    You better check on the height of the Oven. Looks a bit high to me.

    Most of us got our bathroom stuff (Toilet Bowl & Sink - Combo) from Heritage / Royal Fanco. Other bathroom accessories are from TaoBao Hope this helps.
