    Looking at the lock pictures sure make me feel like getting them for metal and wooden door. Hahaha

    Think you got to consider if it fit the design of your house and if its what you originally wanted. I think for lock and door closure is ok to resue as not much diff... light wise you need to see if it fit into your hse design and if its what you wanted to use originally. (*Just my 2 cents worth)

    My friend told me abt this light too but not sure if voltage is compatible as online review show it will have a flimsy sound, mix reviews.

    If i rem correctly should be : 10% deposit upon signing of agreement. 40% upon commencement of works. 45% progressive payment.(Before commencement of carpentry work) 5% upon handing over the premise to the owner possession.

    I got my flat in AMK 3 Room (With Utility) during Nov. Valuation : 365K COV : 18K House condition is not really very good though.

    There are quite a few 3-roomers in RT. A lot of us have the same layout in a certain way. Your layout is exactly like mine but in the opposite way. For my case I have not gotten my key (Mostly in April) as first appointment is on 6th Feb I have go through some ideas and posted in my blog, you may reference it and hope it helps.     Sorry for the newbie question but blum drawers and blum trackes got what difference ? Yap. Great for those who cannot sleep well with lights ( Me of cause ) Hahaha ~

    For the roller bind bottom tube part, its good to paste rubber at the back part (Wall part) as sometimes constant knocking will cause some paint to drop or the tubing spoil. This happen to the one in my room (My parents house of cause) *Note : If you do not understand due to my poor explaination, let me know and I will go home and take picture to show you. Hope this helps.
