    The advantages of a ID instead of contractor comes on the coloring and placement. I will agree that it will be great if you are around for the drilling as sometimes they may try cover up if too much is being drill or etc ...

    Sorry to hear the after effects from Alan's people. However I am quite glad most issues are able to rectify with some money well spent I feel. Hope in the coming weeks, everything will be done. By the way a quiet neighborhood is a fantastic + point.
