I think it will not be an issue, just kidding a bit (no offence) Anyway still got to go down to Ikea and take a look before i make the decision. Great update. For my view, i always feel that aircon should not blow to the bed directly and all trunking should be hidden away as much as possible. The bathroom really looks great with the black design tiles. For kitchen I think still quite early stage and not all carpentry is up so unable to comment ...

Some premium stuff you got there. I don't think anyone will say you are siao (no worry on that) except that its expensive and a bit of bla bla bla ... LoL ~ Most importantly is you like it and you feel its worth it. Its your house and your $$ but of cause we will still put our 2 cents worth in Hope to see more picture updates

That is because usually people will only ask after the renovation process is done as they will see how it turns out and the worksmanship. Not to forget some will ask only if a lot of ideas and etc were thrown in to clear doubts and propose good stuff which usually get people to be interested. By the way those lighting plan of LED, you gg to do false ceiling for almost the whole house ?

That is a good idea, this way he can design the house and match the colors accordingly to what you have purchased. Anyway till now I could not find the light yet so mostly going to change to another design.
