    Hey bro I remember IMM got one shop that sell locks have it inside (Got to go in then you can see) . Think it cost about $320 per pair Hope this helps.

    Sorry to hear what happen Hope you can find a solution to the MBR drainage. Think its best to move on and if possible get other contractors to rectify the remaining issue if not a lot of money is involved like the wall. Take care. (*Sorry not really that good with words)

    For the cables, you can find those black tubing which you can lump them inside it to hide the messy cables. Have a split in the middle for placing the cables in. If i am not wrong its call : Flexible Split cables Loom or Cable Organizer (*Hope this helps)

    I will suggest to leave as you need to use it in the future. PTEF tap is the one that protrude out for the water right ? (*juz my 2 cents worth)
