    For tempered glass kind, due to its weight and material they are mostly pull out from side for extension Think I saw it before at Star Living

    Nice layout... That is really a lot of hacking and electing of walls. By the way ever consider putting the shoe cabinet behind the door, feel that way will be nicer (Juz my 2 cents worth)

    The interchangeable lights are for living room (x2) and MBR (This is so that can use to change the mood when needed and save spacing for lighting & no false ceiling)... The rest will mostly use normal Philips LED ceiling lights... juz wondering bathroom & kitchen (x2) usually use how many watts ? Bedroom i know is around 36

    Great revamp of the house. The whole place look very much to your suggested theme It is also clean with very well define line of design like the tubing.

    Yap agree that the table is very worth it ... For me I am looking for L-Shape table else I will be gladly to purchase it after seeing it.

    Think you can consider using those cable tubing which split in the middle to put your cables in to prevent it looking to be messy. Else there are those cable organizer which is stick to the back of the console ... Hope this help ...

    Omg... I thought the wording in pale purple is the watermark ... Seriously they really need to do better than that ...

    Yap agree that same color will be able to hide the view of it in some way ... Else you may consider a different color for it and then place some plants or etc to make it like a shelf kind of look ... (*Juz my 2 cents worth)
