    Thanks. I will be taking my keys this Friday, then I will post the current house state (Better than I remember when I went for the inspection ytd). Then I will meet the selected ID and choose from there.

    Think Evorich is more expensive due to its marketing, another reason between the 2 mainly is the design I feel. Evorich have these tiles series which Krono do not carry. Materials wise I never really check in detailed but based on what I heard and read, there is not much difference.

    Hahaha This is quite rare, usually is the owner chasing after the ID/Contractor. At least it show your ID/contractor is on the ball and pro active which is good

    Apart from the TB loot that the quality is not there. I think your reno is progressing nicely, most important your ID seem to be a very responsible person

    I think with the carpentry blocking the living room and direct view of the water fountain from door is great idea

    Design with a lot of holes will required a lot cleaning, you may want to consider the divider to be just columns (*Hope this helps)

    Sorry to hear what happen. Nowadays the market is full of these bad contractors. I remember this company always shown up in Expo one of the forum-er is using them. I rem they should be under Radac and etc...

    paint works, skirting, tiling, cable tubing by the wall (gap if the wall is uneven) (Hope this help)

    White is a good color to make the place bigger. The windows are frosted (Or what you call it) and provide privacy when wanted, the window grills are quite nicely installed. Think so far the renovation should be quite smooth going, just remember to check the edges as these areas are usually the ones that is missed out by sub contractor

    I see. For that kind of money I think its worth it not to hack the cornice if budget is affected. I will rather go for a more simple renovation but better items in the house (of cause must acceptable to eyes)
