    Huge project on painting the walls with brick design. Just a point to note is that rem to buy those tape to prevent over paint and prevent mistakes (*Hope this help) ...

    Yap bro. Going to take keys this weekend with FSM coming to see and follow by IDs. From there after i get my quote next week will mostly be picking the ID and start in 2 weeks time mostly. Still not sure how much is needed to be done till seen and advise by ID

    Update : Went to inspection yesterday and found the house to be in a better condition than i expected. (Maybe can save on reno more ? ) Will be getting keys this Friday, I will post pictures of the house again.

    Thanks, think it really make sense. Technology is moving too fast but will still go for brands which is more proven in market for me. Don really like the hassle of changing unless needed Sorry that is way off my budget... Hahahaha ~ No thanks.     Great idea on covering the piping with the tiles By the way for the bathroom I will go for the first picture of white as it is more uniform with the theme of the house (*Juz my 2 cents worth, hope this help)
