    Not much work has been done except for the Box-Up and false ceiling. Living room Box-Up (Need to wait for Fiber to be installed to continue to Box-Up) & False Ceiling Kitchen Box-Up MBR Box-Up For the piping above the door, it will not be able to box-up as its too near to door . Hope it will not be obvious after painting works is done.

    Personally I will advise people who buy lights to use Peeka and remind them to check for you when it reaches their warehouse. (*Note : Ask seller not to crate it so Peeka can check for you, you can request Peeka to bubble wrap and crate it after that) For other items, you can use other forwarders who offer better rates. (*Juz my 2 cents worth and hope it helps)

    If you need ideas for layout, mass send your floor plan and ask for quotations. They will pass you their quotes + floor plan layout. This will help you to compare pricing around in the market + a rough idea of how things the layout you want. (*Hope this help) Good luck for your reno

    Think overall its still a good purchase from TaoBao. For lights there is always a risk of breaking (Did you ask Peeka to do a check when it arrive at their Warehouse ? )

    Yap. Went to a forumer house and saw casement with mirror inside. Will speak to ID and decide at carpentry phase (No matter what a full length is a must )

    Not really advisable on the invisible grills. Reason is that firstly it don really support a lot of weight if you children like to play with it, secondly if 1 part is spoil you will need to change the whole set.

    For all new BTO, telephone lines are Cat5e minimum (*But mostly should be Cat6). Since nowadays people don't use landlines, you might as well convert them to Lan ports, this will enable you need not to lay the wires. Hope this helps. (If my info is wrong, someone pls correct as I am not totally sure on this)

    For my case on carpentry : Joints' part must not have holes and must be sealed with silicon. Carpentry between floor and ceiling must be sealed. Laminates on wood should not have any hollow (Air bubble) in between. (*Hope this help)
