    You can try selling them off at a much cheaper pricing. Some of them did that previously when samsung have free mircowave / vacuum when you purchase TV and etc ...

    It have to depend on what items you are looking for and for seller you will need to see his ratings + reviews To my knowledge there are some who are good previously but become worse after it become popular ... Hope this helps

    Due to restriction on number of photos per post thus the 2nd post. Ledge is completed (This is for me to put my leg up after bath to dry with towel) in MBR Sanitary (Toilet Bowl & Basin+tap is installed) Due to the small size of the MBR, I have decided to use a corner basin to save space) Sanitary (Toilet Bowl & Basin+tap is installed) Space constraint again but at least its bigger than MBR bathroom thus able to place the basin in front of the toilet bowl. *For the rack, water heater and etc, it will be installed at a later date

    Sorry but I have been busy with work + just went to oversea for work (The network there is so bad that I don even bother to on my cpu) Below are the updates so far : First coat of painting have been done. OpenNet have also finally come and install the point (Delay my BoxUp by the window - Not shown here) First coat painting for room is done and door for bathroom is installed Tiling for Kitchen is done + Rubbish chute installed (Below does not have tiles as there will be carpentry works to cover it) The top piping part will be BoxUp.

    Congrats, if there is anything you need to clarify can ask the ppl here, I too have been getting a lot advises from them You have the same floorplan as me, can look at my blog and hope this help.

    I will suggest the following : 1. TV - get the F 7100 series instead as its clear panel and price have dropped a lot compare to last year 2. Washer - will recommend Electrolux as my parents have been using them and they last quite long 3. Fridge - Hitachi / F&P (If you have budget), both this 2 brands are very trusted brand in the market These are my own opinions and hope this helps.

    Agree on that if the pricing is similar as you just need to deal with 1 person rather than 2. If there is any knock or issue, they will not be able to push it to each other if all is handle by the ID

    Agree with what kstoh have said. Do the required, cancel the others and can source from outside if needed. Another thing to note is always do your own homework on the stuff you need to purchase so as to get a feel of the market price. Good luck and hope things will go smoother

    You can try this : 1. Setup a account with Flickr 2. Upload the photo using the top function - Upload. 3. Once pictures uploaded, click on the Edit. 4. Right click mouse on the picture, choose : Copy image URL 5. Click on RT : Image button. 6. Paste the URL. Hope this help.

    I will suggest hacking part of the room and erect a wall up for a small room which act as study and a baby room in the future.

    Joint lines will need to see which part and if it affect the look a lot. For the grout lines, I saw quite a lot cases of it recently. Hope it can be resolve nicely.

    I think you can but will need to have the idea of how things are being placed and the size + color. These so called contractors who have are like ID costings are quite similar to ID or even more expensive
