    For my case I will vote for the following : 1. Nippon Momento Wall (Actually for my feature wall, I am also pondering over wall paper and momento) 2. Kitchen : Do you have aircon in Living room, if yes I will propose you do a door. However pls note that when you cook, smell and etc will go into the living room 3. Ceiling : this really depend on how you want the lightings to be in the house, 1 thing good about false ceiling is that all cables and trunking will be hidden away. hope this help

    Permit delay from HDB, OpenNet installation delay and also due to some changes and other minor issues.

    When they get bigger they may not want to use the bathtub anyway thus I think it may be good to just get this instead of a bigger bathtub. If there is really a need, maybe yrs down the rd reno the bathroom and install a bigger one ~

    Hahaha... I have given the advise to you yet I doubt I am following it much myself >.< That Hitachi fridge is what I was targeting at first, in the end I find it too big as I am staying alone ... Good choice

    Welcome to RT & Mr Foo club. For flooring you got to see what kind of carpentry and furniture you will mostly be having. It will be great to have some contrast as per suggested by Foo to me previously. If just based on the above picture, I will go with the left. Hope this help.

    The common bathroom tiles color are a gem. I would have gone for that color but due to FSM recommendations thus got to give up on it.

    I have made quite a lot changes to my house thus the quote i believe no longer accurate anymore. There have been quite some delays to the house due to permit and some other issues, may drag a little longer than i anticipated.

    Good progress on the Reno. For me I cannot take mixture of complicated tiles as I prefer to have more constant and uniform look.

    When it comes to Renovation, price will keep increase most of the time due to a lot of want (Eg. New door, Blinds and etc). Pls don overlook the small figures as it will add up to quite a substantial amount. My advise will be do all the required needed first like electrical works, piping, aircon, false ceiling and etc which are perm fixed. For carpentry and etc you can delay it or buy ready made from furniture place. Hope this helps & good luck for your Reno.
