I think you should speak to your ID/contractor on replacing that tile (Which is doable I feel) If really cannot, you got to use white plaste / silicon to cover it and smooth it out evenly.

As the MBR window is small, the workers have a hard time moving the compressor unit out of the window (They decline to remove the window grills which will able to give them better access) Got a few knock and it damage the coil, check with Tim and he said no issue. Hope he is right and it will not affect the lifespan & performance of the Aircon Overview - Bottom Knock - Left Knock

The only cove light (If it counts) is the straight ledge you see in the picture. Not really a fan of cove light and the main purpose of it in the picture is to cover the beam

For my case I will go with Electrolux. Reason being my family and even some friends who have been using it for years and still doing well. Just my 2 cents worth and hope this helps.

It may be a case of ID poor planning or too busy with other projects which causes delay. Delay in renovation is common but not to the extent of long overdue kind of cause. Most important is the worksmanship of the work which I always put as first priority. Hope your issues will resolved soon and will not screw up the delivery of items.

Most of the lights & switches are installed (Some can only be installed after carpentry) + Fan One of the switch have defect and will inform ID about it today when meet him tonight.

I think dinning should be **** room as easier access. The extra room can act as a study room and etc for time being. Just my 2 cents worth. -
The kitchen curve part add something different to the place and make it looks great

For the Mild Steel you can send it for galvanizing before painting. This will give it a extra layer of protection. Hope this help.
