    At least the issue is resolved. Frankly you will at least live there for 5 years so if you cannot take the Aircon trunking, i think you better change it. I know you took an ID cause of busy work but if possible try to make a trip down daily if you are in SG. IF you are gg to be at oversea, ask ID to WhatsApp you before proceed / half complete work before continuation. Hope this helps. Good luck.

    Don really understand the whole issue here just by reading it.

    Although you will be throwing all the stuff to your ID, it will still require you to follow up at times just in case. There are cases where ID make decisions and I see people not happy with the outcome. Best is to at least go through how Aircon trunking & piping are to be run and the electrical points where it should be. Just my 2 cents worth.

    Great updates The pictures show a bright place due to the light colors used, yet it gives a smoothing feel due to the earthly colors used

    You can rerun the Aircon piping but I doubt will have much use as it means you need to run the piping to the opposite side due to the placement of the Aircon. If you change the placement of the Aircon unit, you can achieve better trunking. However note that both option will cost quite a bit.

    Chemical wash is provided by contractor usually but it depend if it is stated in your contract. Bomb shelter should be included for the painting services. There are quite a number of agency out there which you just need to Google, howerver take note that pricing for after Renovation cleaning is more expensive than normal cleaning. Hope this helps.

    Great progress on the house. The Aircon trunking was very well planned. Hope to see how the carpentry looks like after it is complete

    Seriously I doubt I will get anything from any establishment if I get this kind of treatment. That for sure I will sent in a complaint letter too. Anyway I will advise you not to buy from them (Not totally because of the staff service but because of the pricing), there are others who offer better pricing unless you are talking abt free installment plan.

    Ohh this insurance I remember give you total coverage of the house (Including items and etc) if I am not wrong.

    You can try google these themes and see how they are like. If you are not sure what theme you like, you can search online and some sites have these quiz which you take and see what kind of theme suits you.

    I think you can consider making the top part to be those window panel type which allow much better ventilation. As for the door, louvre type will also help to increase ventilation. Hope this help.

    For those who stay in old flat got to have their compressor installed outside MBR mostly as we do not have service yard. Afraid that someone's Aircon will drip water, poodle of water gathering after rain and dirty things which may gather on the compressor after sometime. I have put anti slip mat on the compressor and hope it can resolve the issue. However the normal anti slip mat are those with holes kind and worry that dirt will gather and may still have sound if water drip on it. After finding for quite sometime I found a more suitable mat although not really that perfect, This mat is also easy to clean by just rinishing water on it and the dirt will drop off if you just use your finger to rub to the edge (*However it still have some holes like those anti slip mat which I hope will not trap too much dirt). Below are the pictures of the mat on the compressor & a close up of the mat.

    After the Aircon was installed, Tim's people told me that they do not have anything to cover the Aircon which I have already instructed Tim before it. In the end, thanks to my ID who come over in the night time to help me wrap up the 3 units.

    I am only using 2x 6watt downlight for the behind box area due to uneven ceiling height. Actually the place is bright enough when 2 main lights is on, the downlight is quite ok for that small area.

    Most of the 3D pictures are more spacious looking & with nice some decos which you will not put/use. Anyway it act as a rough gauge of how it will look like
