    I got it from TaoBao, cost is about 300+ SGD excluding shipping Was looking for a small table and if friends come over can extend which is my purpose. The flooring got to give credit to my ID who chose the color Will update more pictures when more other Reno stuff is done.

    +1 vote to contractor a. Few thousand cheaper b. You do not need the 3D and already know what you want as per said c. Install accessories free for you wheras the other charge you d. Electrical is included and you only need to lias with 1 person, using the ID & external electrician may have some defect which each will push to other party. *This is based on the fact that both have same quality of workmanship (Quoted from guojiawen ) There is no really average pricing for electrical as it depend how many points and type of types you having, this will result in different costing.

    After looking at the interior carpentry I think it really make a difference for using internal PVC.

    One man meat may be another poison ... However I will lean more to suspended TV console. Best you brainstorm the things you will be putting on it and how you wish it to be. List all the pros and cons and then decide on it.

    For Aircon you will need to be present to discuss on the trunking how it should be run. For electrical, its best to go through the point with the electrician. Hope this help.

    Although troublesome but I will agree that its good to have the options as you may not know when you need it. For example watching a movie always good that lighting are not to bright, playing of mahjong requires bright lights.

    When new cement go over old cement, there will be some crack line due to pressure. (This is what I was told) However your case maybe also a possibility from your neighbor's Reno, think you may want to wait a while for them to done up the house first, then you fix the wall and observe Good luck
