Hi, I bought a few pieces of teak furniture from a teak furniture shop recommended by a forumer. The shop owner was friendly and knowledgable. The workmanship looked good. Less than a year, I found some crack lines (10-80 cm long) in 2 big pieces. I was told it'd not damage the structure. The shop would touch up the lines, but no replacement. Is it common to see crack lines in teak furniture? Any advice? Thank you.

i've done 3 garden weddings before. the first one was golden yellow. the theme was fun fair. kids were given yellow smiling face balloons as welcome gift. a few booths for guests to view and walk around. the 2nd one was red, used a lot of red roses and candles. The theme was more romantic. the 3rd one was a mixture. the deco and bridemaid bouquet and all corsages were in red and striking pink. only the bride and groom had white and light green flowers.

I visited Country Haven. The price is reasonable and the teak quality is good. The owner is knoweldgable and helpful. Considering to order a few pieces from them. Also found a shop selling recycled teak- Gallery 278 at River Valley Road. The price is resonable and the workmanship is nice. Of course, it's more expensive than Country Haven. But, it's still cheapter than some shops at Dempsy road.

Saw a nice old teak bed frame, but it couldn't fit in my little 4-room flat Went to Park Mall early last week, but didn't notice PLANK. Thanks for the info. Will check it out.
