Hi bianzi, Actually the blum drawers not in the quote...that is after the quote i decided to add on and it will appear on the variation order. But i notice they say * All cabinet c/w Blum soft closing hinges excluding drawer tracks I don't think the hinges they use is blum...i saw a different brand...but will clarify with them. I very easy going...as long as it works i am ok with the brand...so i will ask them to make adjustment on the variation based on that. B.

Hi Yeocando, you can refer to this post link below, the author did some test to show its durability. As for the cost maybe you can download my quotation and have a look. The unit price is $110 per ft for the table top. My kitchen adds up to 16ft as stated in the quotation so its $1760 for both sides. We should always double confirm the measurement to make sure we are not over paying. Hi Bianzi, The tiles are flat...which makes it old skool. Yes there's a row missing but i think i will leave it...previously we had the hood further down at the edge of the tiles, but then we find it too low so we shifted it up. Right now the two wall have the same number of rows...not too sure if it will look ok if i add another row...but i will be shifting the original socket point up just touching the first row of tiles. Right now it is sitting in an awkward position. I will have two sockets at both end...waiting for the tiler and electrician to make the change. B.

Will be ordering a swivel one from Ezziliving. This pic got taiwan feel? Now taiwan designs into creamy, beige, brown, warm, white, woody feel. No more color color. So i also follow....haha....living room will be off white. But the rooms are painted light grey for br1, pink for baby room and blue for mbr. The conduit is for the fridge at the service yard. This part the kompacplus guy did not do a good job so Ephron rang them up and they agree to redo the whole piece. Very good service. I will want a 'U' shape to fit the conduit instead of a straight cut. Looks good everything...but kitchen doors still need adjustment and still considering soft closing for drawers after seeing how smooth blum is.

Hello bianzi, I used grey for all the internal pvc since all my laminate is light in color and they have limited selections. My ID charged $30 psf. And its quite significant if you are doing a lot of carpentry. Yes it will get mouldy and patchy if you have standard white as my current place is using white. You will get used to white after using for a while but i just want to try something different after so many years of seeing inner white. B.

Good day everybody, Finally free to upload some pics...carpentry...still need to some/a lot adjustments....i am a very detailed person so one small misalignment can cause a major brain malfunction to me so there's a bit of delay....featured wall done to get rid of the stupid skirting. Kitchen carpentry still ok but not really happy with the standard drawer slides...feels flimsy...might change to soft close. Got myself a full leather 3 seater for 3k from picketandrail kuka collection as they have a 36% sale yest. Purchased some industrial lightings from 2by2's Fiona for dinning and passageway, she's resourceful and have lots of ideas if you like industrial vintage stuff. I also bot lights from Etsy for kitchen, service yard, foyer and toilets. Storage bed, dinning table and chairs from hommage. Will upload the pics soon. Things to note: Install the air con last...get the id to box up the trunking if you are planning to. And then paint the house at least a first coat. Then do the carpentry and then install the aircon! Once you do carpentry and the aircon is near to it, there won't be enough space for the carpenters to apply silicon directly. Also, the aircon units does not sit nicely and close to the wall (depending on the guy installing i guess)...there will be a gap...and thru the gap you will see the original white color base. So if you planned to color your wall there is no way to reach inside without taking the unit down. And you can't take it down all the way as the pipes are already connected. So one person will have to hold the unit mid air, another one will have to with tiny hands paint the inside.

@Songz yes i will agree some items are relatively cheap...i am lazy to compare anymore so just buy all at one place. @alfredt Items are after GST. The fan definitely you gotta get from them...outside are going at $320 each.
