    So far the only place I know is LIM's arts and living and honestly most of their paint work doesn't look convincing or appealing enough. Anyone has any idea where else I can take a look?

    I ever had the same idea before, but at the end of the day I give up because we seldom spend a long duration of time hanging out in the bath room, we do our business and we get out so I dont think i want to be spending too much money, effort or time into it.

    From my understand after talking to Hau Hau Parquet. i was been told that they are mainly a supplier and what they will do is they provide recommendation for the labor work to install the parquet. The labor doesn't come from Hau Hau Parquet meaning they are external contractor. They also did mention that they don't provide any form of warranty for the parquet, in the event of any concern we are suppose to liaise with the company that does the installation services, but even the company that do the installation doesn't provide any form of warranty after they finished their work.

    My ID is charging me haulage services for clearing the debris from project sites @ $250 and also to supply sand to be used for the floor and wall primary base screed @ $400. I am sure if this is in line with what you have mention about in your first posting "Cost of clearing of debris and haulage"?

    Hi amanda No, Mine is a resale 3 room flat. beside the 2 bedroom I still have a store room that will be floor with Vinyl. but I was trying to understand since Vinyl is supposing less costly why are they price about the same with Teak parquet given the same floor measurement that they will be lay on 2 bedroom plus store with teak= $2438 2 bedroom plus store with Vinyl= $2320??

    Hi All I was quoted initially for teak parquet for 2 x bedroom at $2438. when I change to Vinyl flooring I was quoted $2320. That seem to be just a $100 difference
