I am using a Chengai Sliding gate for over 10 years and have no issues so far. They were the lowest quote among the rest and provided dedicated service and did beyond their job scope to provide additional touching up of the gate. My gate was by Rahardja Engineering. I have my automatic gate installed for the last 10 years with no problem. Mine is a sliding gate though. Changed it when I first moved in and have not caused me any problems. But it may also be due to the maintenance contract I have, they send men to maintain it regularly so it doesn't break down although its quite old. Got it from Rahardja Engineering & Construction.
