if you want,can directly tell you contactor to skip those labour to install the bathroom accessories, u can get a better offer/deal when you buy the bathroom accessories...........it save about 20-40% and the ID will try to mark up and plus minus in certain area..like hacking, labour to install and supply & intall...etc

when you purchase the bathroom accessories, u can get the service from the hardware shop ..it's much more cheaper than you get from contractor and they need to earn the money as well...if you want, drop by at Universal Union at Geylang Road to buy those accessories and ask the shop ppl to provice the service to install those things.I get mine down from Universal Union, charge me the labour to install the WC just for $80...........

ask the painter to repaint and no need to argue with them..as we are the houseowners and what for we pay money for the renovation and get such of service /standard. Refer to the painter to paint for another time in a day...it will get a better effect,as sometimes they mix up the paint with other low quality one...in order to save the cost, that's why it will get another effect after second painting

NOWADAYS tiles can lasting for long time..estimation like homo tiles can last for 5-10 years and depends as well on the workmanship as well.But the most important things is how many the length did the tiler left for the expansion of tiles >>>..

yes,it can be done and save lots of money...however still have to depends on the layout whether it's in good condition ?? must ask the carpenter to over look it..om if you are interested and i can recommend you Mr.Lau, a good carpenter at NorthLink ...it's much more cheaper if u direct deal with him..

interested can pm me for the contact number for carpentry works..definetly it save a lots of money at least 15-1.5k if u directly deal with carpenter....u can separate the carpentery works from the contract and directly liase with the carpentry
