Painting was done on last weekend, quite satisfied with the colors we chosen MBR: BedRoom1 - My fil favourite colors XD BedRoom2 - Same blue as MBR DiningHall - love it! Living Room - Urban Grey (Mark Lee favourite color in "BaiJiaLe"). My contractor manage to seal the "hole" for my TV wall, which I mentioned in my earlier post that this only cost me $350 ~~ Renovation now abt 70% done. pending electrician to install the lightings,fans then followed by chemical wash. Water leaking was revolved. It was due to one of the tap leaking. My Contractor managed to rectify it. Now come to 4th week of Reno, 70percents things are done. Will share more when it comes to the end

Found out kitchen got water leaking issue, asking my contractor to rectify the issues Anyone experience this issue? What could be the possible rootcause?

Day 10 of Renovation All tiles are up, waiting for rewiring works, carpentry works, storeroom, tv board, window grilles, etc to be up. Thanks to my contractor Alan for the efficient works. but too bad, the carpentry works will take sometimes (too popular and good quality i heard) Toilet before and after: Common Toilet dada~ MBR bathroom dada~ zoom in my Rainshower: It is beebest rainshower. Hmm.. tested, sadly, the water pressure is not what i am expected.... Think twice for people who considering instant heater rainshower.
