Hi, Anyone has engaged the service of 2nd phrase design or 2PD construction? Please share any comments or reviews if any. I have a quote from them and is considering to engage their service but in a dilemma cos not sure about their workmanship, after-sales service etc. etc. etc. their quote is over my budget and also seeking quotes from other IDs. Anyone has good reliable ID to recommend? My budget is around $15-$18 for a new 4 room premium BTO flat at Yishun, collecting keys in Mar 2014. Many thanks in advance.
