Hello... Just to share my recess area woe... The first owner of my place bought the recess area. The second owner didn't know it was bought so didn't so anything about it. Now I want to do something with it but I'm like stuck. Do I go ahead to move the meters? Any recs? The neighbors gas meter in my recess area! How? A little bit sianz that doing this is so... Troublesome.

So exciting! Will be doing final inspection of flat in less than two hours. Hope to upload some photos after... But I really can't seem to get flickr to upload w iPhone hmm Anyway, will be meeting contractors there as well for them to measure then quote. Must remember to bring cashiers order to pass to agent. Bb just finally napped. Haha. Sigh.

Alfredt, I wish I had the luxury of time! (Like for my first apt...). Right now I'm extending my lease just to do reno... Every month I stay here is more money spent! And the landlord isn't nice...

I have an electrical loading question... Mine is an old flat where the electrical load is still not upgraded. Can I use a system 4 aircon? Or only up to system 3? And does that mean I cannot use induction hob? Suppose to look for hob. Wanted to use standing cooker. But feedback was it's too difficult to clean the sides if anything spilled. Easier to build the hob into the counter top.

Okay, thank you for the advice! I tried to register online for sp services... Unfortunately it seems i have to be the current owner first (cos I not tenant). Hmm... Shall call them up to check cos I just wanna make appt for after I become owner. Hahaha

Oh ya, the current owner ask (via my agent) if I can help to dispose of their bedframe for them cos it's too bulky. Since in hacking and have to do haulage... It's okay?
