Hi tomlowct, we just signed up with cadmus. We are repeat customers of ideal house (previously with kenneth but as k can't take on our job this time, he strongly recommended us to cadmus). So far experience with cadmus has been great. He's very responsive , patient and accomodative to our requests. We had quite a number of design restrictions due to fengshui; thus far he has been able to offer creative solutions within our budget. Will update more after our reno work starts.
