    Hi, need your advise. I apply for Singtel fibre, think they come with their own lousy router/moderm. If I had lay structure Cat6 cable to my MBR, am I able to connect the data pt in my MBR to another better router for wifi? Is this possible? Thanks for advising a IT idiot.

    Small update: Monday will start my small small reno. Wed will be installing of my air-con pipe, opennet installation, delievery of my lightings and toilets acceccories. Wish me luck~~ Hope everything goes smooth smooth~~

    Thanks Makan! Just went Royal Fanco yesterday and bought my MBR toilet stuffs! Both really is super friendly. Explaining to me all the pros and cons of the items Im looking at. When I first go there, I actually walk from little india MRT to their shop, so after that Henry actually had to bring me personally to a bus-stop and teach me which bus to take so no need to walk so jialut.

    Thanks for the advice. What you say is true though. But i'm hacking a wall to connect my MBR and BR3. The dust plus concrete will be worst than the kitchen instead. lol

    The floor looks okay if look from far. But if you look closer, it's very "pinkish" kinda feel. lol What I'm thinking is at least build up the bedrooms area because in future, those areas are much harder to access compare to common bathroom and kitchen. Beside Im living alone, common toilet no use, plus I dun cook, kitchen most likely no use also. lol

    Just got all my lightings at lighting.com over the weekend. Most I bought is the Phillip LED ceilling lights. Hopefully its bright enough. Next is Fibre net work. Still undecide between Singtel bundle and Myrepublic. Initally wanted to sign for Myrepublic, but after hearing a lot of news that they had a big delay over the open net installation. My queue may have to wait till May or even Jun! O.o So now lean more towards Singtel... haizzz...... BTW, anyone able to recomand a shop to purchase toilets stuffs? I'm seriously getting tired running around looking at prices. I just need a shop that I'm able to buy all the stuffs as long as not kerna like carrot head enough. Any recommandation please?

    Totally understand how you feel. Mine is a re-sale 4 rm too. So many more stuff to rectify compare to new BTO. I'm so jealous of those who can get BTO. Due to my super small budget, I can only give up on some and live with it for the time being. Bo bian arr~~~ Oh btw, From your quote above, u hack the bathrooms tiles, but after that no need to do water proofing and etc de meh?

    Oh, And I just bought Mit Starmax aircon at Gain city at @2999. And upgrade at another $180. Free $200 voucher. Not sure whther it's cheap or not but getting stress and tired so I just buy liao.

    Anyway my friend teach me to call town council to arrange for those foreman instead of clearing 3 items free per mth. They are able to get Ah Nei to clear ALL the furniture. Just pay some kopi money to them can ler!
