i think you just have to make sure reno works continue despite the differences with yr ID....its already almost end of Nov.

I hope you can resolve your issue with ID soon. Dec is the time where sub-contractors will "slow-down" and by Jan, its CNY mood. With 52k upfront to your ID and only hacking and some pipings done.....its quite obvious he is facing cash flow problem.
