Hi, From my personal experience and friends' feedback, usually renovation packages is their marketing methods to draw customers. in the end, the prices u pay is about the same or even higher. so becareful and ask more questions.

I agree with andyteoandy that your item listed are on the high side. as compare to mine, I feel the carpentry work is higher though I do not know what is country design( maybe more complicated). the vinyl flooring also are higher quoted as compare to mine. mine is ard 6 dollar if I nv remember wrongly.

maybe u should get a fengshui master to look see ur flat first before decide.

i think the best period to do renovation is after cny. Now is not a good time as many ppl rushing to complete before cny, so there might be a rush factor involved. but that is my take.

hi, I think is better for you to construct kitchen base. have feedback that it will help to last longer for cabinet. as for false ceiling, u can do without them to cut costs. experience and feedback from many of my friends and from some IDs, renovation package is just their marketing strategic. The add on from the package usually is much more expensive to cover back their earning. if you need more quote, can pm me for my ID contact. I engage him after meeting a fews other id. price wise is reasonable and service and workmanship is good.

hi, overall I think the price is quite okay but the false ceiling is way too expensive. mine with cove light only 2k plus.

As of what I hear during my renovation conversion from my id. vinyl cost much lesser than homogenous. my area about the same as yours for vinyl cost me ard 6.5k and homogenous cost me ard 8.5k without hacking. :)about herf I not too sure. I didn't check with him at that time.

I just took a quick look and compare with mine. some of your items is higher than mine. example like the cement base for kitchen etc, I was quoted 450 for the 3 items but yours is 650. secondly, your painting seems like is a limited choices, can only choose vinilex paint, cannot choose odourless or others cause I can choose the whole range and is still at 1300. Installation of light for mine is quoted 10 dollar each.

hi, I think there is quite a no of items seems to be higher as compare to my id prices. try look for more id if u need my id, I already pm u the contact. u can save a couple of thousand more I think. good luck

Thanks for your advised. he actually upgraded from iquartz to Korean quartz. quality wise is better and the join line is almost not there. Was really happy with his services. thanks for all your help.
