I went to home fix to get the shower curtain rod at $20+ and chanced upon shower curtains at a neighborhood shop.

Thanks! Not gonna have shower screen for kitchen toilet as its almost impossible and we're not planning to use the the kitchen toilet much. MBR toilet will have a shower kerb and shower curtain will most likely be installed.

Situation of the house after Day 1; Kitchen Bedroom toilet

Yeah keeping the marble flooring. Will re-model the kitchen and 2 toilets, plaster the whole house and re-wiring.

Yeah, went through lots of 3-rms in the west with my property agent and after seeing this house, i just thought to myself "I gotta have this!" Because its the only 3-rm I've seen so far with a squarish living room which I can put in a L-shape sofa! All other 3-rms have a longish living room. Mine's a road across the bus interchange.

The hunt for the right ID was a nightmare for my case. When through more than 10 IDs and most of them sounds more like a sales person rather than an ID. Finally decided on my current ID because of his sound technical knowledge and his ideas which click well with my expectations.
