Hi. In the end didn't have to get PE. I asked HDB directly if PE was required for my concepts n they gave the Ok.

I actually contacted HDB with my proposed plan to demolish the wall to join master bedrm & 2nd rm as well as to make an open kitchen. They replied saying no PE is required n TT contractor still needs to follow due process n apply permit. Emailed HDB wit floor plan n proposed walls to demiloish.
