My reno a bit different, Painting done after all lights installed, before flooring. Touch up if needed, painter will do again. I have no carpentry in the living or rooms, cant comment on that. ID just gave me go ahead to paint and I made arrangements. Pls pm me if u want the painter contact, his charges are cheap which I already mentioned in my earlier post. He prefers weekends for HDB jobs.

Hi, I added some essentials along the way so final damage is $17.5k, including window for SY, window grilles for entire house and painting. I will not be sharing breakdown anymore as it seemed unfair to my ID that some forumers were asking them for 13k but with many more add ons. Major Renovation works : Renzz - Hacking of kitchen wall & tilling of remaining hacked wall - Laminate flooring for whole house - Installation of kitchen & bathroom accessories - Kitchen & 1 x bathroom carpentry - 10ft tempered backsplash for kitchen - shower screen with door for bathroom - kitchen base + shower kerbs - full wall length mirror for bath - whole house window grille ($1.1K) - electrical wiring $1.8K (because I have so many lighting in the house) Subtotal: $15.9K engaged others... - service yard windows ($780) -- another contractor (My ID said he cud give me @ $600 .. boohoo) - Painting $850 (another contractor) -- ID quoted $1.5K @_@ Total damage : $17.5K Hope this helps! It is custom made by ID, simple one but design follows kitchen cabinet without handles. Harder for kids to open. Kekeke.

Its very easy! But take note you need flat surfaces to install this lock. My parents house double door had those frames on it so cannot be installed. Other than that, a handdrill with the 32mm holesaw and drill bit will do. I showed the installation video from Youtube to the workers and asked them to do. Keke.

Tomorrow is a BUSY DAY! Finished some shopping at Ikea, a tad disappointed but Im cracking my head on furniture placement, dunno if ID will help me with this. Bought... - EXPEDIT bookcases in birch and blackbrown - Armchair - Mini carpet for baby - Chest of Drawers - last min decison on study table We are assembling the things OURSELVES.. wish us luck ok! ---- Oh! Installing digi door lock! Hope my bed will look as good as per photo!

I adjusted my tap outwards, havent notice splashes yet, only washed hands now. Tmr I try to wash my face. I dont want to see the wall so asked for full length which ID said ok. Commonbath I bought from Hoe Kee as he said itwill be cheaper than he quote me due to min size. Masterbath i paid $300 for half wall height/full width size! I take pic tmr ok. Hehe. Its massive!

Sure! I am installing the lock this week, asked my ID to get his electrician to help. Get them too! Hehehe. Hi Taneehsin, Yes, Amcon bought them for me at an additional cost of RMB 50/link. Once all the items have reached their warehouse, it took less than a week to reach me. Very fast IMO.
