ULTIMATELY, your choice must be a personal decision based on your own gut feel, how well the proposed design suits your needs and ease in which you can communicate with your intended designer. Chemistry & a good fit are essential. Instead of looking for cheaper contractor on the expense of experience and references, it is a better idea to hire the best one and try to find out how can you reduce the overall costs. Because it is better to have a partly completed interior design according to the highest standards than a fully but poorly completed project. Goodluck on selecting your contractor.

Hi wrxkev, Im waiting to install my wallpaper @ foyer area. Installation will be this June 7, after that I can take photos already, maybe 2nd week of January I will post it. Thanks

My contractor agent is good, they apply for me for 2 banks,.same time approve last november 2013. I did not put out any cash on my reno.

Workmanship is good, specially their own carpentry. The schedule is on time & always keep me posted. If there are alteration or issues that they encounter they always inform me & explain all the possible solutions, because mine is re-sale flat. Got a downlight from my designer, 3 light option (3 different mode in one downlight) warm white, daylight & cool white in $65.00 each. I love it!

Renzz is doing my house. No issue from the start up to finish. Right now almost done, but havent finish decorating my house, & I have add another feature wall as bar & dining!

Tiling From Bath 1 & Bath 2 Done up, and some of my Carpentry works starting to install. Just got minor issues on spacing on the Bath. The tiler has done great job, very clean. My kids is happy withe the design & Im excited with my walk-in wardrobe & the open concept kitchen. I was amaze about how the designer proposed my standing dresser at the side of the wardrobe body. I can say its faster than Im expexted. This week will be doing floor & wall tiles in the 2 toilets & kitchen. Now waiting for the detail drawings of the carpentry.
