To everyone in the forum, If in future you are getting anything from silver river furniture,please be very careful. They may have furniture that were not very commonly found in other furniture shops but dont be fool by the apperance...it may look good but the quaility is bad. I have got a dining table from the furniture shop,up till now I have not been able to fully use it. The first time they sent the table,the table top is full of scratch marks. So I inform them,they bring a another piece. This time the glass top was ok but the body was not. There are crack marks on the body itself,told the company ,they sent someone to paint over the crack marks,as the technican need to remove a door to paint over the crack marks,he said do not close the door so as to let the paint dry. So I did not touch it,after two hours I went back to see,to my horror,there are crack marks appearing on other places. Call the company again,told them the issue,the reply i get is that they will not change already as it have been change two times already,I said What,this issue is not even cause by me..how to even accept it. Finally they argee to change it after some argument with the logistic supervisor, they bring a new piece. This time the person who bring open then table for me to check and found a part of the table have dented parts,I ask the person who sent me the table whether he able to seal the dented part or not, He just said he cannot do anything and pack the whole table and goes off. He even said he will tell the company what is wrong with the table. Here is where the problem comes in, I have call up the company to ask how are they going to solve it, The logistic supervisor inform that her boss will call me. The boss call,I really found it useless talking to the boss of the company, is because she will blame the customer for being fussy and only listern to her stuff. She did not even bother to see what is wrong with the table and still can call up the customer to blame me for being to fussy on small things. There are defects that once you look at it,you will be able to see and she just listern to her logistic supervisor when i overheard him saying is just a small thing only and the customer wants to make a big fuss. This company have a useless boss who will only side and listern to her stuff story. IF ANYBODY STILL WANTS TO GET ANYTHING FROM SILVER RIVER,GOOD LUCK TO YOU
