hi, may i know whether you want to contractor to re-reno your whole house? I bought a second hand flat and i got 2 contractor. One for wiring & piping installation while the other one who is specialize in cabinet and vinyl flooring. I get him to do the vinyl for all my room and also re-install a kitchen cabinet last year. The price is reasonable and everything can be negotiable. I am satisfy with his service. If you want, do let me know. ☺️

My requirement is not very high, what I need was a simple and modern style for my new house. I finally selected the contractor in Malaysia. After reviewing this company, I found that he provided one stop renovations in Malaysia. I chose him for my house Kitchen Cabinet, custom made cabinets in the bathroom. The material is solid wood instead of chipboard. They do have Glossy Crystal glass material, but since my mother prefer wooden texture then we chose the natural woodgrain skin for the kitchen cabinet. The doors are soft closed included the drawers as well. I am satisfy with the result and the patience and co-operations given by the contractor. my bathroom cabinet (sorry, a bit messy) Since this is second hand house, i change the floors from wooden laminated to vinyl flooring. The flooring i chose is the 5mm type, waterproof and anti terminate material. This is glueless vinyl, which included the locking system. if you got time, can DIY. the finishing is fine As conclusion, i satisfy with the contractor i engaged to.

Did you ask them for the reason why not giving the 3D drawing softcopy even in email document type? I also wonder about it as we pay for it and suppose we get it
