Cute bear: Care to share the width of your L- box. It is 12 inches or 18 inches width. I just want to see the effect if i extend the width by another 6 inches. Current contractor suggest 12 inches

Currently also sourcing. One uncle at jalan besar recommend Viva - claim the material used inside is better using copper. Also thinking of getting 707 instead as all heater look the same to me. Need some expert advice also

Currently have bought some square shape downlight for the L-box. the size of the light is about 5 inches by 5 inches.. talk to contractor on the width of the L-box. ask him whether can have a width 0f 15 inches for the L-box to run around the hall . He said that L- box come in std width of 12 or 18 or 24 inches. Just wondering what is the norm now for the width as feel that 12 inches is a bit too narrow to hold the lights.

Initially also budget 25K for Resale 5 rm. End up 32K to re-do the whole house. Look like 30K is more realistic -

There are many grades of stainless steel used in Reno. Just wondering for the backing plate that people used near the stove, what is the normal grade that people used? Concern here to ensur it does not cause any problem as a lot of cooking involved. Thks in advance

Have the same question. Looking for system 2 with small air-con unit if possible as don't want to occupy space due to height limitation. Any Japanese brand/ model to recommend? Any shop that is well known for workmanship and good material used. I don't want to end up leaking problem which cause headache later. cheers !!

New to L-Box and view a house with nice L-box with multiple lights in small rectangle cover. Just wondering what type of energy saving light that they are using and whether is it bright enough for reading and most important, is the light too warm? Contractor say it is very bright and not warm. Just need some opinion before installed the lights

Just wondering is there non-sticky homo tiles as my wife got a sensitive feet. She will try to mop the floor everyday once she feel sticky. Just wondering any one try any tiles that is non sticky for recommendation. Ps let me know the tile shop that you got it from? Thks
