    @AndreaLee Basically it uses a chain motor system to extend or retract a window. It communicates on Z-Wave to a central hub (there are many hubs such as from Samsung SmartThings, Homey, Fibaro, etc). Users connect to the hub using their smartphone to open/close the window.
