eh nt sure le my Bi told me de... heheheh... heard/read in the news some time back ... but it seems also read that a lot 200+++ kids applied for P1 at canberra and they only accept 160+ have to reject the rest ... they wil practice the criteria of staying within 1km of the sch ... we near near so hopefully next time cn get a plc for the kids but i tink that wld be at least 8 yrs time hahahhahaha

hmmm basic amt i earn 1k more than him... but his OT is quite a lot... then i also get transport allowance... end up i stil get more but i spend more n he saves more.. hee hee hee so it sort of balances out somehow.. hee hee hee... when we 1st wanted to get a plc and when we looked at ech other cpf i think he was a bit miffed becos his was much less than mine... still is but he's gotten over it la... becos he has bigger saving power than me... hehehehehehhehe plus the fact that renos he wil pay more of it hee hee hee

hmmm we havent reli decided hw to plc the bed.. its either the short side exactly like the showroom or the opposite side where the mirror was in the showroom... btw my layout is exactly the same as the showroom becos my flat also in that blk and that same unit jus diff flr.. hehehehehehehe .... more or less went thru what other half and I wld like with our ID... told him to plan and arrange it himself... then let us see the design... stil in process of planning lor... i guess there wil always be changes even when reno has started,... hehehehe... but jus told him the main things we wan in the bedroom is platform bed with storage spc below, wardrobe but i didnt tell him hw many ft.. up to him to decide... as well as cabinet with sliding door to put our tv... cnt recall the last thing... i remember telling him 4 things.. heh... anyway i told him that i wld like to get proper design b4 i get keys so that when we actually get keys he cn start working on the plc and not try to work out the design... he keeps on telling me nt to worrie and that we wld get the keys really fast lor... duhx... he's actually a good frn la.. maybe thats why im nt relli pushin him that hard... Heh... he hasnt given me quotation yet... but i did tel him our budget 20k and to work within that budget... we wld be mainly doin the bedroom, kitchen, shoe cabinet, feature wall outside the HHS, display cabinet above my shoe cabinet, dining table & bench, cabinet for my plasma with sliding door, shower screen for both toilets, window for my service balcony as well as balcony, platform for balcony... we're nt gonna keep the balcony.. gonna remove the door and make it cosy corner... that's more or less what we are looking at for now... My block i think the upper floors are done.. i saw one worker leveling the cement floor along the corridor on the 7th floor... i actually wanted to see if they were stil wrking on the units in my blk so i followed the noise and got a shock to see the guy leveling the floor with this heavy duty machine .. heh so i faster take lift dwn to 1st flr la... kekeke... looks scary la... hmmm saw the bulletin board and it seems all will be completed by 27th Aug 2007. they started in June and will end by the end of this month... that's the date for the painting of interior and exterior... hmmm i think it means for all rectifications also bah... good news i guess... hehehe also looked into the letterbox.. its full of trash! okie... leaflets..
