hmmm... if she doesnt wanna eat then get her to drink a cup of milo.... its worse if a person goes hypo than hyper. get her have small frequent meals as compared to 3 meals... diabetics need to have breakfast, teabreak, lunch, teabreak, dinner, supper... you cn always mix brown rice with white rice... so its not that hard to eat... diabetics tend to be more thirsty so lotsa water is good... with regards to checking of the blood glucose level, sometimes they have offers.. u but the strips and they give the machine free... hospital pharmacies usually have some promotion going on... do check with the doctor if it is necessary to check daily... for some pple it is not... so no point pricking urself daily just to regulate ur diet... it does hurt if u prick the wrong area... and must alternate fingers... if ure not sure abt anything, always check back with your endocrinologist.... they wld knw best... also have to make sure ur mum doesnt go step on those pebbles barefoot and becareful of cuts & grazes... diabetics tend to have slower healing rate... they also have less sensation over their lower limbs... blood circulation is somehow affected... so must wear proper footwear... quite a lot of things to look out for... heh.... my dad also triple bypass patient... did his bypass in oct 06... also has hypertension, high cholesterol and diabetes... my mum has diabetes and hypertension.. guess i wun be able to escape from it in future... haiiii oh well ur mum will be fine she jus needs to adjust her food n lifestyle a bit... tk care!

eh my office has one kinda bin that has lid... but when u open the door, the lid swings open... when u close it, the lid closes... i think the bin itself is fixed onto the side of the cabinet and the lid is fixed to the swinging door... hmmm il take pics if i remember.. heh must find out where they got it frm...

wahpiang... if the door fell on me i think i wld have a heart attack! abandoned wives chamber sounds like torture chamber leh.. *lolx* actually after having my frn & her 2 kids over yesterday night, i kinda embrace the home alone & the quietness... hehehehehe... imagine 4 yr old boy & 5 mth old baby girl... the boy so hyper & noisy.. the baby cries 3 hrly for its milk & to be cuddled... zzz... noise pollution... so after such an experience, i really love being alone at times... *LOL* ive seen... softballer & his wife, they came back few mths back during my reno to check things out... hehe... also met albertcs... sel have nt seen her personally but seen her pics.. hahaha... the rest... nt yet... supposed to have gathering with the "older" members but all MIA liao... haha

uber scary! hw come the door fell? did anyone get hurt? wow... drama leh... hmmm the water in my toilet sink seems to be a bit slow in draining away... maybe inside also have dirty things... hmmm... il wait til something happens bah.... after readin the previous posts... im quite scared leh... hubby has gone for rerservist for 2 weeks... so im alone at home... he wil book out this sunday am after live firing on sat and book back in sunday night... then must tahan til next week friday before he is back in my arms again... hehehe... til then i really pray nth major happens at home... if not... anyone willing to let me bunk in? hehehehehhe kidding....

hmm u cn try & call them to ask... no harm... i also called and asked them to change some time after delivery and they did it without asking questions? they delivered the table to us early jan but our renos still have not completed.. so we left it in the study room all covered up... i think 2-3weeks later then when we shifted the table out, we noticed the chip & the piece of glass inside the covering... i kept it and wanted to show them just in case but the delivery guy came... didnt ask anything.... jus changed it for us... so you can try? hee hee... okie pics as promised!!! sorry ah. in the midst of completing jigsaw... hehehehhehe nt sure if cn see the plastic clearly... like i said previously... we bought the plastic wrapping from ntuc... 1 roll... its those kind for wrapping books... heh... and its just nice for the table... have excess also...

paiseh ah... took a nap... muahahah... hmmm we bought the plastic frm ntuc.. its those plastic we use to wrap school books with... then we place on the table... roll out... then the sides... hubby cut to ease wrapping the edges... and we stuck the sides down with double sided tape... it takes abit of time & patience to do it... i cldnt stand doing it! so hubby did it... keke... i jus stand & help to hold the plastic while he slowly laid it down.. cut paste & ease out the bubbles...

wa the place looks good! cn move in le! we got the same dining table. advise- check the glass top make sure no cracks / scratches... ours had a small part of the glass chipped off... but the staff very efficient. no questions asked, came down with new top. one of the chairs we had didnt seem stable... they also brought along the stand to change... then realised actually nth wrong with the chair... its my bl**dy tiles that are uneven... grrrr... they did all without any charges! oh ya... u might wana get some plastic wrap to cover the top... very very prone to get ugly scratches! but luckily it happened to the chipped top.... so that was changed... kakaka! when we got the new one we faster went to buy some plastic thing and covered it... we taped the sides down with double sided tape... hee hee

hahaha i remember cny.. was over at my bro's playing.. 4 of us.. his wife and my hubbs... we started ard 10plus... initially very chatty... excited... pong, kang, chi, hu... after awhile... all stoning liao... became quiet game... wahahaha... we played til ard 7-8am ba... i was the last "banker/head(cnt recall the name offhand)" so i had to lose in order to stop playing... but i kept winning... so they all sian... HAHAHA...

Waaa Uber scary!!!!!! i hope nth happens when Bi is away for reservist if nt i wil freak out.... eh? 3 is small leh.. maybe ive been watching too much of SCV channel 70.... all the big family shows... family of 16, 8, 14... ahahahaha! actually patience has worn thin already... hahaha! yeh my frn has 1 son who is 3 and 1 daughter few mths old... the boy super hyper ! but i lurve to play with kids... and i like to try to talk sense to them... exasperating at times but kids not mine so cant teach that much because everyone has own way of bringing up kids... to me maybe she too strict or too lenient... to her maybe im too fierce or too playful... so very hard to say la... but i knw hubbs loves kids! so i wld lurve to give him a few la hee yeh my frn's hubby went there to have his back massage because he had back pain... but after that session, he said became worse... haha! for foot massage i usually to go chinatown for my fix... $18 for 45mins... hehehe

hmmm my lil bro has already taken over the whole room... so he's sleeping on my bed... actually its a bunk bed... the top is single the bottom is queen... the queen used to be mine and upper is my sis but my sis staying with her bf... so my bro has taken over the room... heh ... he has been waiting really long already... plus i like staying in my own home now... cept that its pretty lonely at times since only hubby & me ard... i come frm a pretty big family... family of 7... 3 boys & 2 gals... so since young its been pretty rowdy & crowded... hahaha... oh well... miss the childhood days.... pple wld always stare at us piling into the car... hahaha... quite a sight... our age gap all very close... 1 after another.. hee... wasnt easy for my mum... we kept changing maids becos they cldnt cope with 5 of us... hee hee... was really run... growing up.... hmmm.. makes me wana have a big family now. ... .. . ... . .. ... NAH! no way we cn afford it here in SG... 3 is enough.. hehehehehheheh eh cancelled but stil have to go camp? or ur hubby wrks in the army ? eh so far.. the only trip i experience was day time when my ID & electrician were trying out all the lights... hmmm other than that..... touch wooooddd ah!!!
