Hi, I just want to modify 1 fixed window panel and 2 sliding window panels so that there is ventilation at the top. Meaning cut off the top part of the glass about 3 inches or so. They are common corridor windows and are seldom opened. How much will it cost and how long will the work take? Thanks.
