Hi I am collecting the key in Jan 2014 for 2 room HDB resale, so I am a bit in rush to do renovation so that I can move in before the end of Jan or by latest Feb. 1. Hack all tiles out in the whole unit. 1a. New tiles in kitchen and toilet. 1b. Laminate flooring in Living and bedroom. 2. Build kitchen cabinet with cook hob and hood. 2a. Integrated dining table. 2b. Build pantry cabinet with built-in oven. 2c. Build base for kitchen. 3. Build shoe cabinet as well as full height cabinet to store bags. 4. Suspended table for work computer. 5. Self open console for tv in living room 6. Change windows for the whole unit and grills for only living room. 7. Replace entrance door at main entrance. 8. Add missing door at bedroom. 9. Dismantle small kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, toilet accessories including toilet bowl and electrical items like power box. 9a. Install lights, kitchen accessories and toilet accessories and electrical items. 10. Install partial false ceiling in living room and bedroom with lights and cove lights. 11. Painting How much would it cost? thanks

Hi folks A person suggested that I get the contractor instead if I know what I want to do up in my new house. I am wondering if it is possible to apply for renovation loan if I am not using any ID and only get the contractors for certain works? Thanks

Hi the renovation would be starting soon and I have been looking around for kitchen items, bathroom items and stuffs. I wonder where to find dimmerable lights as well as ceiling motion sensor? Anyone have them? If yes, could you give me the shop names and addresses? Thank you in advance

I went to Courts, Best and Denki and I am not sure how the electronic items I saw are. I do not quite understand what is different between tumbler and condenser dryer.
