Hi, I saw some 2nd hand Rattan chairs and table for balcony going for more than 50% discount vs buying from furniture mall. If there any that a buyer need to note when buying 2nd hand rattan furniture? 1st time buyer, can't believe the cheap price I see online. Not sure if there will be issues like wood lice, or termites on rattan?

Hi, I suspect my window of 13 years is lose. When I close the window, it seems to be going over something below like the window is titled slightly. Who can I go to for checking only? HDB Approved contractors safe? I don't want to get chop. Hope someone can advise. Thanks.
