Hi Yeoman, Mine is storage heater... I also feel that it should not work this way as my in-law's place is also storage heater and it's retains the heat well. Who do u think i should "complain" to regarding this matter? Joven or my contractor? Thanks thanks!!

Hi there Anyone installed Joven heater and is now using? I realise that mine takes a long time as I have to run the shower water in my MBR toilet for a few mins before the water turns hot. The water will still be hot as I shower. Then if my husband goes in after me, he has to run the water again cos it will turn cold! Anyone knows why is it like tat? is the the heater or the piping?? Thanks!!

tension_z, mine is already approved and hacked... do u mean how long it take for HDB's PE to approve ur contractoe's PE? i think it's abt 5 working days... we oso rushed them cos there are some hiccups now and there... the HDB's person oso helped us to expedite as ours was delayed for quite some time already... i think due to holidays, there are some delays for urs... no worries... hopefully it will be approved soon!

Hi shay_d, I'm at blk 79D #26... ours was already delayed due to the hacking of the wall and the pe endorsement... renovating in dec will have lots of delay due to holidays... Hopefully there wont be anymore delays

Hi doremi, we oso reported the same thing to the town council and had the same reply as urs... you are not too "yim jim" la... I even reported that the window alignment is out when you close the ledge at the open and bottom but i think it cannot be done

at first, me and hb thinking of getting pub cos they install free and the heater free but i heard from the spower guy (when we apply for pub) that it's sort of shared with the stove so it may not be strong... not sure whether i have heard or interpreted correctly in the end, we will be getting the electrical one really?? !! i have to tell my hb to check out our flat later

mine was the same deadline as u... u can check the website myhdb... maybe it's written there already? cos we havent receive our appt letter yet... saw from the myhdb page yup... it's the burmese family u can try calling the officer's HP... i kept calling her office but no one picks up and my hb called her HP and she picks up! I'm at 26th floor i oso tot tat it's from the low floor upwards cos a few days ago, i saw from here tat someone from 20th floor got their letter already n mine is still so long...

yeah! we have got our appt to collect our keys on 2nd week of oct seems like a loong wait for them to process the loan application and appt dates btw, we heard from a contractor that the family already living in blkc are foreigners so they are able to start renovating in the 7th month...

gui99, yup, we r not suppose to do any hacking for both toilets for i think 3-5 yrs... but we can overlay them with new tiles... think i would wan to revamp the MBR toilet and leave the common toilet as it is
