Hi, I had just received my keys to my flat. However i heard from some friends that there are some ritual that need to be done when entering the house like throwing a pineapple and throwing salt mixed with rice into the house. Is this true? And should i do it before the renovation or after? I had went in to take a look already. Pls kindly advise. Thanks!

Hi, does anyone had ceiling fan in their living room? Can you share your experience? I heard they will cause flickering shadows. Is this true? How do u minimize them???
