hello all.. just to share. i get hdb to come in and rectify even through my renovation was on-going at that time. there is one point of time where my hubby discovered the poor workmanship of the plastering after my renovation guy paint 2 coats liao. then i made HDB to come in and do. luckily they responded v fast for my case. i just report those more serious case like water seepage . i reported 2 time but the problem still comes bk. v pek chek le. now that affected area is covered by my wardrobe..so i dunno whether now still have water seepage when it rains or not... ...i even got sunken kitchen floor tile. but luckily only 1 pcs and not visible..so just close 1 eye on it.

Dear all, i managed to meet the uncle who did the hinges at my house yesterdae ! he gave me his mobile no..so u guys who want to do the hinges, give him a call. Sunny - 98899591 there are 2 pricing for 2 different bolt. one is 180 for 9 and the other is 225 for 9.. i choose the 225 one. i find it very expensive..but just change lor.

yap, the pipings need to be boxed up. but for mine case, i still can have pretty good space for storage... this is probably due to my top cabinet is longer.. urs seems higher right? by the way, whats with the blonde hair guy??? he a suspect of theft???

xiao xiin, hows ur granite top? my granite kitchen top is disaster. my hubby was very angry when he saw the very -poor workmanship ... me also la.. tthe workmanship is really v jialat. the contractor even want to argue with us on technical part.. idoit..

sorry for asking about the master bed room trunking, how come suddenly the trunking went up to the ceiling?? i tot it best to let the water flow down instead of going up??will it choke?

i think you have misunderstood... i am referring that when you open the window, if there is any wind coming into the window, the blinds mights be "flying too" ..pardon me if i misunderstood as i never did blind before..heehee

we went to golden leaf curtain..they have their own website . www.goldenleaf.com.sg most likely ,our will be at 1k to 1.2 k hmm..if doing blind ,look nice but however, cannot open the window right when the blind is down halfway ?

mostly in end of feb or early march..how about you?how yr reno going on?..Today went to look for curtains..tuesday the curtain guy will be coming down to measure and do a quotation ..

ur hubby in construction industry? me too! hmm.. i got a leaking mbr ceiling too. it has already repair for a few times and still comes.. i guess have to live with it. not really satisfied with the workmanship. i heard some issue abt the work progress during the initial stage, which is not really pleasant...but i can say LOW BUDGET = poorer workmanship and quality... hiaz.

But no pics lor Carpentry,lights, painting already completed. now left air condition, final painting, granite top, solid surface, installation of basin, taps and bath accessories etc. so i can get my house furnishing completed before end jan!

dun worry.. isntallation of doors will take very fast.. abt a week. then inspect another wk.. that time when we went Jalan membina. we saw alot of doors at ground level for block 26c..and after 2 weeks, our status change.

Hello there... have one query right now..which making me confusing whether to insist the change or not. anyone installed Aircon above the door? when my parents visit my house over the last weekend, they insist me to ask the aircon guy to re-run trunking and re position the aircondition to another place. they said its not good for air con to fix over there as it will act like "pressing " on the stayer's head. any pointers? at the moment, only trunking installed abv the door only... many thanks
