  1. Thanks for the compliment..Actually we are worried that it will not fit in the picture nicely as our tiles is abit in pinkish color (duno why cannot be seen clearly in photo)quite relieved once saw the end product. ya loh..so ugly... at first...But after seeing it for a period of time, starting to get used to it liao. This is the shortest route for the water and gas to flow.Worried that we went for the long route, the coolness will not be as great due to the time taken for it is longer. Therefore ,it is a matter of practical vs beautiful
  2. where did your park?If you had parked along the pavement at storey 1 or the small lane leading into the blks, sure kena as my aircon guys had already being given a summon .For us ,we parked at the carpark,it shd be free for now till next year as the lease for the all jalan membina written 2008 therefore the carpark attendant should not able to give out summons to those who parked in the carpark. It should be free for sunday as the carpark next to blk 22 is also free for sunday. If not, i also dun know why

Wa! i like ur wardrobe,.... my hubby did come out something like this before..but didnt thought that its so nice... ur ID very good le. mine one no design de. earth colours are the brown series which Sam is using, the grey colours kind... i can only summarise is all dull colours.. by the way, u got the paint catalogue? u shd get one from DIY store.. for keeping also good.
  14. better than me, i choose more than 5 hours, i still cant confirm the colours i want. this is due to the fact that my bedroom tiles are dark colours..so abit hard to match i think. now i more or less have some idea.. ur wardrobe look nice..dun worry!
  15. my hubby want Sandstone as one of the wall colours ot the living room. i was thinking actually how Dark it will look.. thanks for this pic.. very nice! by the way , i will be using all earth colours for the whole house... i wonder will be boring or not.

  18. got good bargain then chop chop buy k!. ahhh.. i think i need to test the switches this coming friday.. u know, my mbr ceiling leak, and just a few days ago, my tiler told me one of the kitchen floor tile sunken. we didnt know this defect till tiler alert us. but we close 1 eyes la. cos if really insist to get HDB to rectify, there is a high potential that my nicely laid tiles will be hacked off
  19. the dimension for the bed room tiles are 600 x 600mm. i think 300 x 600mm look nicer.. i think there will be more cost incurred . the smaller the tiles, more joints and the need to lay them proper and neatly. check with ur ID ba..
  20. what shop is that, sorry for asking. But dun worry ,as you did not overpaid for it . The shop that we purchased from told us that this is the lastest PLC lighting from taiwan. Then she went on to explain alot of functions and advantage of it which we told is quite easy to maintain. Therefore we decided on this instead of the screw type (meaning have to unscrew the 4 screws which the screws are not spring type) as we felt it is quite troublesome when you are changing the bulb
  21. The blue shade can be peel off .What attracted us is the easy maintenace of it, the size of it and also a the white surface edges of it. How much you paid for each?
  22. U shld have actually go to hdb to apply SP service to turn on.Save you the trouble of going purposely. They will fix up with you an appointment time and also have to put a deposit .Well, glad you can think positively. Ask BMRC to do area cleaning for you for free heehee
