My aunties, girlfriend's and friends home also engaged them Currently my friend just stated hacking her 4rm resale flat doing renovation using them too.     Hi I think your ID just breakdown to confuse you, first 15% wastage is bit too high, 2nd if added the total is $7673 and divide with 850sqft is $9. Nowadays, tiling is so much expensive. Luckily my gf did her flooring 2 years ago after getting her keys, which was much cheaper.

    If you don't have any idea of what design or style you want for your renovation, you can find an ID which you pay for their consultant fees. If you already know what you wanted just find or google pictures and tell the contractor what you want. They can do what you want as ID only design and work done by contractors. My 2 cents....

    Maybe you wanna try my contractor. He will give exact quote after free onsite measurement no extra hidden cost and workmanship is good. My house and gf house all done by him.
