Hallo, nice to meet you all. I am new member here and just bought the flat. Will get the key soon within 3 months. New flat - 4 bedroom - 85 Sqm, everything is still empty except doors are there & flooring for kitchen & toilet only. I still have an empty idea what/ how to start/do with renovation. Is it if we engage contractor means tiles, light, Aircond everything we need to search & buy ourself, but if ID we just let them do all? I only have the floor plan, never see how it looks inside the house... Thanks. Lili
