Retractable Table For Small Space Living

Sorry didn't notice ya reply. thanks will check it out.. -
Hi, Does anyone have any recommendations for retractable table? I'm looking for something that can be fitted nicely in a kitchen drawer space but the contractors I have asked do not have any recommendations. Looking for something that doesn't take up additional space on the floor as my home is really small, plus I don't think I will be using the table much either.

Hi, Anyone used Excel soft close drawer mechanisms? It's quite cheap but my contractor says there are a lot of complains about the quality. Appreciate if anyone can share their feedbacks here!

Bro, sounds like a big headache on your side. Why not just continue looking if you can wait.

Banks are very particular about your credit history, one small mark and they will either reject or offer lower than what you need. Try credit companies instead.

The banks might take into consideration on your other outstanding loans, in order to assess your capability to service the housing loan. Depends on the ratio, but try not to take too much loan for such purposes.
