Nothing happen on Day 3. Day 4 - installation of my Aircon from Gain City!! Aircon **** Room We choose to run the trunking along the passageway for the ease of future maintenance. Aircon at Bedroom 3 Air con at Bedroom 2 - Kids bedroom And finally air con at MBR. See the vertical trunking? Going to get Gain city guys to modified it. It is ugly Beside this vertical trunking, I am impressed by the workmanship!!

Day 2 - Start of Electrical Work. They are fast, complete all electrical work within 1 day with only 1 electrician. I am quite impressed!!

Ya, Its a "premium" BTO. Alots of defects, if we do not close 1 eye, shut 1 eye, the rectification will just goes on and on.... LOL.

Collected my key actually early Aug 2013, and due to ghost month, And I tot we can start our renovation early Sept 2013. BUT, my darling ID was being called back to serve our country for 3 weeks, and so while waiting for my ID to release from his "jail term", we rectify defects slowly, and finally we start our reno only on 1st Oct. It is a simple BTO 4 rooms flat, big enough to build a comfortable nest for my 2 little monsters and my old doggy.... Hmmm.... because both me and my hubby have no design sense.... so we rely on our ID for the design. This is the floorplan
