Just need some advice from the experienced folks here regarding renovation budget. My 2-bedder condo (900 sq ft) will likely TOP next month. Thinking of engaging an ID firm to help design and renovate my unit as follows: 1. TV console area 2. Dinning area (bar counter concept where table size could be increase to max 4 pax) 3. Master Bedroom (with concept to make use of bay window as a cushion area) 4. Storage solutions in 2nd Bedroom 5. False ceilings in Hall, Dinning area and Master Bedroom 6. Wall paper the entire house. Excluding appliances, bed/mattress and lightings, can a budget of $20,000 take care of the above if I engage a ID firm? Thanks
