Did you change the WC? If yes, can share price and make? -
Seriously, I like your hubby.

There is no such thing as fridge is too big. Mine is those 500L up type and barely enough sometimes. And no, we are no heavy cookers.
-
60" is delicious. Any price for reference?
-
View towards Living Area. Can request for a close up of the clock? Looks mesmerising. Thank you.
-

Looking forward to see your ID quotes. -
New house has the advantages, all start from scratch. Resale need to tear down everything and cost to tear down is astounding! Cost of false ceiling must be pretty hefty.

Hello there, the Merries. Looks like the whole house lightings are LEDs, saving the trouble of sourcing different lightings! Mind showing more photos or the various lightings? Especially during night time?
-
Hi darjoe, have you received the items? Any pics to show?
-
It would be more credible if you back it up with photos taken rather than just words for the benefits of the readers here.

Not worth the effort IMO. Buying an adaptor is cheaper and more direct, BTW does anyone knows the labour cost for tiling only if owner supply titles? -

Electrical appliances in China are pretty ok, especially the bigger brands. For eg. such as soya milk making, 九阳 is reliable. Only shortcoming is that you may have to use an adaptor for the plug. -
Gas Water Heater Storage Or Instant Heater For Bto Flat ?
OceanEleven replied to tcm's topic in Electronics & Electricals
1. Hot water will only arrival to my shower head after 5 min. Indeed it will take some time for water to heat up but definitely not 5 min. More like 20-30 secs. 2. Since gas is burned inside the storage heater, there will be some black fume coming out from it, and dirty the laundry hanging in the service yard. There are no fumes, smoke whatsoever emitting at all. Thought the flame may be visible from certain angle when in use. 3. Some noise and smell when gas is burning There are noise but pretty similar to the gas stove. Initial usage is just on the water supply, a normal/removable/replaceable battery will create the spark for ignition. Above base on my Rinnai unit using for 10years. Not sure how design and technology evolved nowadays. -

Hi Kim, Struggling to keep up with the thread, barely finish 60 pages in 2 days. Very keen on the Eames Chair, any chance of viewing the real deal?? -
Nice reno. Clean sleek look. What is the other brand used for the kitchen cabinet other than Blum?
